Resource Center

A section of books, DVD’s, CD’s, Cassettes, and other material to learn how to become and stay healthy.

Retail Center

This consists of Bongers, Detox Pads, supplements, and other items to retail.
Each location may need to alter the above list.
Sales of the above items results in a profit or a commission. A large inventory is not required. Refer people to the web site and be credited with the sale.
The Co-owner may wish to add more equipment to their own location. SPA inc. may be able to order that particular item at a larger discount due to volume purchasing capability.
Lighthouse of Hope, a non-profit charity provides the finances to open the clinic.

Location

The best location is in a retail storefront with a grocery store to maximize the foot traffic going past the door.
It needs to have private rooms, reception desk, and open area, or if necessary, tenant improvements would create those rooms.
Salus Per Aquam “Health by Water” can be a large sign, or a small sticker in the window. It may be more important to list the tenants sub-renting, e.g. Chiropractor, Massage Therapist, Esthetician, Accu-Puncturist, Colon Therapist, etc.
The retail store is a “Professional Suite” with a receptionist to the professionals, with a common area featuring “Salus Per Aquam, Medi-Spa Club.”
The Co-Owner may offer their own personal or professional services, health foods, jewelry, which is not part of the S.P.A. package of products and services.
The Co-Owner does not assume the lease, that is done by coporate, however the sub-rent will be sufficient to pay the lease, the insurance, utilities, supplies, and if necessary, the receptionist.
The Co-Owner does not have any out of pocket expenses. Their “sanctuary of healing” is FREE, which provides comfort and relieves a tremendous amount of stress.
Relaxing music, soft lighting, and enjoyable smells (maybe the baking of bread or healthy cookies. The decor is determined with the Co-Owner in mind, and the help of our three coaches, organizer, and interior designer.
The Co-Owner may sponsor events at the S.P.A., such as, live music, lectures, movies, cultural, spiritual, or religious happenings that will enhance the atmosphere. This benefits the Co-Owner, their family, friends, tenants, members, and the pubic.

What is expected of the Co-Owner?

Open the door, Make E-Water, Drink E-Water, Use the equipment and Become the walking/talking testimonial.

What do the sub-renters expect?

Answer their phones and take messages, or have a receptionist.
Greet and be nice to their patients/clients.

What does the Co-Owner do when someone wanders into the S.P.A.?

Give them a tour, offer a glass of E-Water, let them use the S.P.A. at no charge for their first visit and let them go. No sales pitch is needed, their own experience is enough of feeling relaxed and pain-free for the first time seals the commitment.

Income

Once the Co-Owner is healthy, then we work on their wealth. In the process of becoming healthy, there will be time to learn how to attract wealth, how to bring wealth into your life, how to keep the wealth, and how to pass that wealth onto others.
Membership is the basis of the wealth. Like a gym, the majority of members never show up, yet continue to pay every month.
Remember, the S.P.A. is for the Co-Owner. This is a sanctuary of healing for the Co-Owner, yes there are members, however they are treated as friends. The members use the equipment, on a self-serve basis, but do not own the S.P.A., nor is the Co-Owner to conform to the wants and desires of the members. This is in complete opposition of current business practices that caters to the public.
The “Professional Suite” provides free rent for the Medi-Spa. The reason to have the tenants is to have their clients/patients become members.
For Example: Five professionals see 10 people a day, which could be 300 in a week, or over 1,000 people walking into the S.P.A. in a month. How many of them would become a member?
The Co-Owner may actively promote the Medi-Spa by joining a weekly networking group to pass business to each other, attending the chamber of commerce events, and participating in a social organization, like Rotary, Lions, etc.
The doctors in town refer their patients for a complimentary P.T. visit to the medi-spa. A kiosk at the local mall, swap meet, or health fair send the public to the medi-spa.
Commercials on TV, the Radio, in the newspapers, and internet exposure all help to build a membership base.
Can you believe it, over half of the members never show up! The rest of them will visit rarely, which leaves five to ten members a day dropping by to either get well, or to maintain their health and would love to take some time and visit with the co-owner.
100 members X $99/month = $9,900
less 20% expenses (accounting and advertising) is about $8,000 per month or $96,000 per year.
If this is not enough, then co-own more locations and multiply your income.

Salus Per Aquam, inc. - Co-Ownership
An Example

Why

1. The medical industrial complex only profits when you are sick. You can become healthy by co-owning a medi-spa that becomes your sanctuary of healing.
2. Stress is destroying our lives. A medi-spa eliminates the stress in your life.
3. Businesses pay too much for rent. The medi-spa is an “Executive Suite” that offers free rent if 15 of their patients/clients become our members.

Where

S.P.A. #3 is at 1300 Rancheros Dr. First Floor, San Marcos, CA 92069 (760) 745-2379. S.P.A. #1 will reopen in Temecula soon, S.P.A. #2 is relocating to Corona. We begin in Southern California and then expand to Northern California.

When

Now. It takes only two weeks to deliver the S.P.A. equipment and two hours to set-up (after painting and decorating is completed).
